Carrie is a very dedicated agent and she always has her client's interests at heart. Despite my unit being on a lower floor with a less than ideal facing, she was very diligent in screening buyers and organized multiple viewings. The eventual selling price exceeded my expectations and was a lot higher than the last transaction on a much higher floor, and through her efforts I managed to sell my unit within 2 months. Throughout the process, she constantly updated me on the timelines, next steps and provided detailed financial calculations. Due to her excellent service, I engaged her again to buy a new condominium, and she provided very detailed updates on current market trends and upcoming/potential developments that was very helpful in helping me to decide on the right home. I think Carrie is an excellent agent as she constantly keeps updated on the latest market trends, and is quick and a good negotiator, and more importantly she is very dedicated and always has her client's interests at heart.
