Teresa is a very dedicated, patient, knowledgeable agent. She handles our leases of 8 years and the eventual sale of the apartment at a record price, way above our expectations. R044928A) of Huttons Asia Pte Ltd is someone we would like very much to recommend to friends and family members. She is very helpful, patient and highly efficient. She is very responsible and is very responsive to our needs and is always very prompt in her response. She is a very reliable and trustworthy person and is someone we can safely rely on to handle our property. We have full faith in her, so much so we handed her the house key and access card for her to perform her marketing campaign effectively. Being very accommodating and flexible, she entertains our calls even at late hours of the day. We started dealing with Teresa back in 2016 when we wanted to rent out our property at Ripple Bay. Within a short period of marketing, she found us a tenant. As we were new to renting of property, she advised and guided us on the process and the traits to look out for in Tenants. She kept us informed throughout the whole process of securing a contract. Teresa is always listening and attentive to details. Besides just securing the rental contract, she remains the contact point for the tenant and us throughout the rental period. She was also able to recommend useful contacts for repair services when problem arises in our property. Throughout the years, she is obviously our agent of choice to handle all tenancy tenures. When we finally decided to sell our property, she is automatically the agent to market our property. With her knowledge of Ripple Bay, she was able to advise us and secure the best deal for us. Within two and a half weeks after signing the exclusive agreement, she sold our unit and at our targeted price. She recommended a lawyer and accompanied us during the signing of the sales documents. Overall, we are very happy with her performance in both renting and sales of our property. Our experience with Teresa has been very positive.
