Chloe (the Agent) is a likable lady who is gracious and willing to share property knowledge that goes towards building a meaningful and sustainable relationship with her client (me) for rent and sell. I would engage this Agent again in buying a property, which is the next journey I have with Chloe. I trust her, and the mutual respect we have for each other is immensely valuable to me. You may be surprised that I also say that Chloe is a candid person who will say even disagreeable things that a client may not want to hear (e.g. unrealistic expectations). However, you have little to be concerned as Chloe has a high Emotional Quotient (EQ) that gifts her the ability to understand, use and manage her emotions in a positive way to communicate to the client effectively at the appropriate moment (e.g. when the completion date has concluded).
