I am incredibly pleased with the service i received from Tobio Sim for the sales of my Hdb. Home purchasing/selling can be daunting but he was fantastic every step of the way. Finding potential buyers and helping me negotiate an ideal contract. He is always available and communicated how each part of the whole process.
