Willy Chia did a good job for my rental renewal, he ensure that as a landlord I wont be taken advantage by tenant. Instructed tenant what to do also. He did all due diligent check and ensure tenants are non illegal immigrant. Most importantly he has gotten me a good price for my unit where other agents told me its not possible to fetch such pricing.

Willy managed to appeal the 15 month waiver from HDB, managed to sell my private property and to get a resale HDB without the 15 month waiting period, great help in lessen our financial burden and having a bigger size house for my family member.
