Fion brought in a tenant for our house and followed up very smoothly from day one. All documents were promptly delivered for our review & signatures. Prior to the new tenant moving in, she carried out a pre inspection of the house and brought to our attention the condition and necessary preparations required. She handled the existing tenant’s hand over, coordinated all necessary preparations, repairs, arrangements and purchases very well which resulted in an orderly moving in for the new tenant. Throughout this process, we were kept informed and updated on every necessity. Fion is very thorough and negotiated very professionally on our behalf. It was a joy working with Fion.
