This was not an easy sale, as previous agent tried numerous times to push me into accepting low value offers sighting multiple reasons why the unit is not favourable. Carrie however understood, this doesn't require a hardsell hence she filtered the interested parties and only those interested in PES units were invited to view. This still took a year over, Carrie was patient as I am also always not in the country to allow for viewings ; finally Carrie's hardwork prevailed with an offer i couldn't refuse.

Carrie represented me when leasing a condo and I couldn't be happier. She quickly arranged several viewings that fit my budget and desires and answered all of my questions. When I selected a condo, she was communicative and helped me understand the process in Singapore. My situation was non-standard and when the deal seemed in jeopardy (through no fault of hers) Carrie stuck with it and made it happen. I love my new place and highly recommend Carrie!
