Zi Kai is hardworking and managed to find a good tenant within 2-3 weeks, who fit my requirements after careful screening. He is also pro-active and helped me a lot in DIY some repairs in the apartment. Such as adjusting my crooked wardrobe doors, proactively even filled up some balcony tile gaps with cement, changed a driver in one of my lights, disposed of long wardrobe doors, took videos of my place during handover without being asked, sorted out and labelled which broadband cable wires are for which room (I couldn't tell them apart), duplicated missing keys without my asking etc He arranged repairs with good contractors, remembered amy requests and did not need reminding. I am very pleased with Zikai's service and will be happy to recommend him to others.
