Bernard is an agent who is as sincere and professional as a new buyer could ever wish for. First, he took the time and effort to understand our family and financial situation before he started outlining various options to help us achieve our goals. He was always accommodating to our viewing schedules and tactfully helped us gain better insight into our initial misconceptions of our wants versus our needs, while also catering to our emotional needs. Through many viewings and discussions, he helped us internalize what was truly essential and realistically achievable given our current phase of life and budget. He exemplified the utmost professionalism, reassuring us when we felt luck was against us due to poor ballot queues for new launches, and he worked tirelessly on parallel resale tracks at the same time. He also made the negotiation process smooth and easy by accurately reading the seller\'s urgency and situation. This allowed him to help us secure the resale unit quickly and in a fuss-free manner, while also obtaining advantageous clauses that eventually helped us save a substantial sum. Always just a text or call away, he clarified all our doubts during the OTP (Option to Purchase), S&P (Sale and Purchase), legal process, and mortgage loan stages, which were all very stressful and daunting for us as first-time buyers. His vast network of contacts ensured all processes were completed promptly on a tight schedule, as we had to leave the country for a family emergency. Given his excellent work ethic and performance, we had no qualms about letting him handle the rental of our unit. Even then, he further raised his own bar and surpassed our expectations by brokering a rental deal within days. This resulted in almost no downtime—just four days—between the unit purchase and rental. Furthermore, he single-handedly planned and settled all the logistics for the furniture, cleaning, and handover to the tenant, making the entire rental experience stress-free for us.
