This is just how much of a truly GREAT person Bernard Lee is: he wasn\'t even our agent, he was the seller\'s, yet he went beyond (and we truly mean BEYOND) the call of duty to make sure that we receive the best and most professional service we have ever gotten from any agent. From giving moral assurance during stressful times, always meeting at our convenience and even preparing us spare keys when we had lost ours (during a weekend, mind you).
