We are a Japanese expat family that was deciding between renting a new house or renewing our expiring lease at a higher rent. We decided to look for a new home, Ernest gave us a very detailed report about the rental market prices, trends, listings, which helped us to understand the market better. According to our preferences, Ernest shortlisted some houses and organized visits for us, and told us the pros and cons about each. We selected one house we liked and Ernest helped us a lot with the offer and moving in process, and was also able to negotiate the rent lower than what landlord first asked. Very active and helpful!
