First time selling my property, and together with my wife, we had a lot of reservation and anxiety when we finally decided to do it. Along came Jackie, who took pains to explain and simplify the complicated process to us. Not only was Jackie knowledgeable, he was able to focus on the near-term information and things to do. While doing this, he was also able to timely informed us on what to expect in the near future. With his knowledge and team of highly professional personnel, the property was listed very quickly and viewings of the property was done within a month. Not only was Jackie able to secure the deal, he was able to understand the current market and negotiate for a price that matched the current market. I am very satisfied with the services of Jackie. I appointed him as my exclusive agent to sell my condo for a price above valuation and he took up the challenge. After several carefully selected viewings over a period of six to seven weeks he found a buyer willing to pay my targetted price in the first week of April 2023.. After that Jackie followed the transaction closely until the legal completion in July 2023 and ensured everything went smoothly.
