Very helpful. Went extra mile to guide us how to open & SP accounts. Negotiated with HDB to expedite house transaction when seller agent failed to advise us that they're having contra (we asked aforesaid concern & seller agent told us that they are not going contra as they're not buying a another unit soon) She also negotiated with seller to allow us to have the house 2 weeks earlier for renovation. All detail was handled by said agent & we did not need to get involved in the details except to prepare and sign necessary documents such as indemnity and renovation permit form etc
