Hello, I’m Louis Tey (aka Teysered), currently serving as an Associate Division Director at Huttons Asia Pte Ltd.
Before stepping into real estate, I spent a decade as an Air Force Engineer in the Republic of Singapore Air Force. My role sharpened my expertise in people management, training implementation, system diagnostics, data processing, and leadership. One of my most defining experiences was being deployed on an anti-piracy operation in the Gulf of Aden as part of the US-led Combined Task Force.
In 2014, I began my real estate journey as a Real Estate agent, learning from industry leaders and gaining hands-on experience in the field. Over the years, I’ve witnessed a shift in client priorities. While past buyers focused on space, functionality, and MRT accessibility, today’s investors take a more analytical approach—prioritizing growth potential and return on investment (ROI).
As the saying goes, "The only constant in life is change." A modern real estate professional must be agile, well-informed, and forward-thinking. With data more accessible than ever, my mission is to go beyond what’s publicly available—leveraging cutting-edge industry tools, deep market insights, and strategic analysis to drive real results for my clients.
