We met Condrad, for our EA selling in woodlands,during tat time we were having issues selling my house. Condrad then assisted us with drafting out perfect financial plan, and coordinated with clients to view our house.Within a short period of time we manage to engage and sell our home at the price we wanted. All the paperwork dealings and transactions were smooth sailing. After that we decided to that our buying also to be handled by condrad. Thank god all my buying and selling was so smooth, above all condrads constant update from HDB made our buying even smooth.Overall 5 stars to my agent condrad, who did an excellent and outstanding service. Through a friend’s recommendation, we engaged Conrad to assist in the selling of our home.
